NI-P coat is widely used in many industry areas because of its outstanding mechanical and chemical features, such as the good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. NI-P coating can be done through different technique , including electroplating and chemical plating. Ni plating can be used in donating projects as well as electroplating, it can also be used to improve the ability of anti-acid for industrial equipments. Although Ni-P coat has many advantages, it has its own shortages. Firstly, in order to get higher level of anti-eroding, Ni-P coating should has electrodeposits Chrome covered on its top, this makes the procedure even more complicated. The other critical shortage is that its procedure can not enable for a whole over-all coating for the complex shaped objects.
