Dairy markets continue to move higher, cash cheese on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange has been consistently nudging higher, mostly on unfilled bids. On Tuesday, the Class III futures shot up, pushing the August through December contracts all over the $20 mark and the 2009 average contract hit $18.89. On Wednesday, cash blocks moved another quarter-cent higher while the 2008 Class III futures slipped 3 to 10 cents.
