Why is the queue longer in the bank?





漫画大意:某银行的储蓄窗口外站满了中年人,他们手上拿在存折,站在黄线里面的人在办理业务,其他人都在等,可队伍越排越长,很多人都等得非常不耐烦,直到很多人等到头发都白了,才能到储蓄窗口办理业务。

Gist: Outside the window of a bank were crowded with the middle-aged men who were carrying the account in their hands and waiting for the one in the front inside the yellow line dealing his business. The queue became longer and longer, and many people began to lose patience. Only when their hair turned white, can they have access to the service.

上银行,排长队,似乎已成了“家常便饭”, 在一些“人气”网点,有时甚至要等上一两个小时才能办理一项业务。在银行遍地的今天,银行柜台前的长队为何越排越长?据银行内部人士介绍,“中间业务的急剧膨胀”是银行排队越来越长的主要原因。银行出现排队现象,消费者自然很不满:银行既要收这个费,又要收那个费,可为什么总是让客户排队?银行为什么就不能开设更多的网点?

It seems to have long been the case with waiting in a long queue in the bank. As for some “popular” points, it takes one or two hours to deal with one specific service. Why does the queue become longer and longer with the banks dotted everywhere. According to the information from the internal organization of the bank, “the sharp increase of the agent service” is the main cause for the longer queue. Consumers have become unsatisfied for the long queue in the bank. Since the bank charges this and that, why does it have the customers wait all the time? Why can’t the bank establish more branches?

Why is the queue longer in the bank?


Firstly, based on the gist of the cartoon, we can find out these problems easily,and i'd like to question that why they  all are the middle-aged men ? and what thing they were carrying in their hands? the the account is .

As we know, deposit card and credit card has been setuped for long time ago, it is more convenient and safe for us. why the middle-aged men can not try to use deposit card instead of the Manual service ? maybe they have the lack of the knowledge to operate the auto-machine ? the world is changing, and the technology is be developed, we should  keep ourself updated. you can find the convenience and benefit from it.

Secondly, Every coin has two side, i think the bank should increase the service windows, and the open windows must be divided into by the different client, such as to open 20-100 thousand window or agency payment window and so on...
Actually, the bank staff also is asked to exercise and improve their operation skill , and it aims to provide the QUALITY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE for the various client. in my mind, i think the Agricultural Bank of China is a good sample, it did well on this .

We are well aware services indefinitely,i think bank should be in the ever-changing market, improve service quality and competitiveness of products.
