"24-7" 指的是"24 hours a day, 7 days a week" 的意思，那就是"整天、随时"了。念的时候念 "twenty-four seven" 就可以了。
再给大家介绍一个关于时间的片语，on the nose，意思是"整点；完全"，例如：

晚上六点整。
