西蒙出生于1979年3月30日的曼彻斯特,是英国男孩组合Blue的前成员之一.

西蒙有一个9岁大的女儿,是和他17岁的时候就认识的Nicola Jones的孩子.

西蒙还曾获公司杂志第62期活跃于2004年的最性感男人称号.他还有许多商业投入在公司的Love 4小组之下,其中最著名的两个就是Love 4 Music和Love 4 PR,他和Jade Reuben合作发展.

西蒙甚至还曾"触电",在独立制作的英国电影Rollin' With The Nines中出现过.
