“意愿”包括不愿意和愿意。在比较随便的场合，可以用感叹句来表达，如“No, out of the question!” “Sorry, that’s simply not on.(对不起，根本不行)” ，“Like fun I will.(我才不呢)”。在正式的场合，就必须说的more politely and more gentlely. 这时可以在要表达意愿前加上“I am sorry,””I am afraid ”等。

第一句是委婉地拒绝对方要求的表达方式。Count me out. 表示自己不愿意加入是使用，意思是我就算了吧。I don’t think I will.用在很随便的场合。No way = out of the question不可能。
