第一行一般粘贴视频的地址，下面200：200就是视频的对比度，通俗点就是视频大小，一般大小是根据视频网站推荐的对比度，也可以自定义大小.
，swf=450,380就是对比度，是正常对比度，视频的地址在中间，我用红色是突出一下，大家不能对这个添加颜色或者大写,保持原样就可以了.
点把视频贴到blog或BBS会看见
你点flash地址旁边的复制就ok了，贴入的地方就是
第一行.像56视频网就在右手边的地方仔细看一下就会发现，然后直接复制就可以了。
