《美食DIY》栏目只打算每周一期(由于某些我要亲自动手制作后才知道如何是好,所以尽力在每周一期,而且要给足够的时间让翻译助手去研究翻译,其次我也要给自己足够的时间去研究菜谱,所以请各位见谅)
寿司参考做法-自己动手做寿司,大家有空试试。
The way of how to do SuShi- do it by yourself, if you have free time you can have a try
呵呵,自己动手做一盒寿司,下午饿的时候正好可以当点心,还可以在朋友或者同事面前‘秀’一下你的手艺哦。
Make the SuShi by yourself, if you are hungry in the afternoon, you can regard it as your food, or you can show your handicraft around your friends and colleague.
不动手的就给大家养养眼福吧~~~
Now you will have a chance to feast your eyes.
寿司做法如下:
紫菜、麻油、米饭、醋(必备的材料)鱼籽酱、黄瓜、莴苣、肉松、香肠、鸡蛋、白芝麻、火腿、蟹柳、辣椒酱、沙拉酱(这些配料可根据自己的喜欢选择)
How to make SuShi:
Lavers, sesame oil, rice, vinegar (necessary), caviare, cucumber, lettuce, fried pork flakes, sausage, egg, white sesame, ham, crab sticks, chili sauce, salad dressing etc. (choose whatever you like)
1、将鸡蛋打均匀,然后放可平底的不贴锅里,单面煎一下
First whip up an egg, fry it on a non-stick pan

2、将煎好的鸡蛋取出,放在一个平整的板上,然后一切为二,最后卷起来准备备用。接着把配料一一切成条形
Take the fried egg out and split across it on a plate. Roll it. Then cut the other materials in bar shape.
3、将紫菜放在竹帘上,然后在紫菜表面涂上一层麻油(MM注意了,这很重要)
Put the lavers on an bamboo curtain, and don’t forget wipe some sesame oil on the surface of them.(To be attention, that’s important)
4、饭绝不可以太软,这样包出来的很难成形。等饭冷一点的时候。放入一点醋,不要太多
Cook the rice with less water than you usually do, because too much water will make the rice sticky and difficult to shape up. When the rice gets cold, drop a little vinegar into it
5、将饭平铺在紫菜上,开始放饭时候,手会粘着饭,很不方便,大家可以带一付一次性手套,等一会饭冷了,然后慢慢的将饭在紫菜上压平,这样包出来的饭才不会松松的
Lay the rice on the lavers, you can wear a pair of disposable gloves to handle the sticky rice. Remember to planish the rice, or your sushi will get baggy.
6、现在就可以将自己的配料一个个的话在饭上了。这个时候就随便自己的爱好了,想怎么放就怎么放,千万别客气,但也不能太多,紫菜会包不住的
Now it is time to add materials into the rice. Time to show your creativity and individuality! However, don’t put too much into one, the sushi will explode^_^
7、用竹帘将紫菜紧紧的包卷起来,但很多MM在这步可能会许多小状况。大家不妨可以使用滚动式的方法,千万不要把竹帘也包去,让竹帘一直在外面卷动
Curl up the lavers tightly in the bamboo curtain, some girls could have some troubles here, we can roll it slowly, keep the bamboo curtain out of your sushi during this process

8、这个就是卷好后的样子,不错吧,是不是有形有款
It is almost done!, it looks cool, isn’t it?
9、用刀切开,注意,每切一次,要用水或把刀擦一下,因为米饭会粘,会沾在刀上的。呵呵,大功告成
Slice the sushi, attention, wash your knife everytime after you cut it because the rice will stick on your knife. Well, mission completed!
