1、I'd like to open a bank account,please.我想开个账户。
I'd like to do sth.表示“想要做某事”，开户是 open a bank account,销户是close a bank account。
2、I've decided on the one called "Select".我已经决定了选“Select"(这种活期账户）。
decide on sth.表示“决定”，“选定”。
3、It's a less common spelling of the name.这是这个名字不常见的拼写方法。
有时候一个名字或姓氏不单只有一种拼写方法，所以经常要拼写一下以确保记录正确无误。
例如，You name is Cathy?With the C or the K?with the K.你的名字是Cathy?是C开头还是K开头？是K开头（Kathy）。
4、How long have you been at your present adderss?你在现在的地址住了多久了？
5、Daytime telephone日间电话，nighttime telephone夜间电话
