I think the everybody should donate accord to their ability.
It's just a social responsibility.
Just imaging that if there's some brother-german or  sister-german of yours that suffered from this disaster, how should you feel about it.
But there's some people that  live in the the lowest rung of the social that hasn't the ability to donate.We should comprehend them.
The warm-heart is not only to donate the money, but also their regards.
The people all over the world are showing their regards to the sufferer now, we should show more regards to our  brethren.

爱心无大小之分。但是对于无爱心之人需要用道德要挟。

It is undeniable that everyone has some hypocrisy and selfishness in this tawdry world,but we tend to show our love when the sad thing happens,and a little amaizing that only after those things happen .In our daily life,we dont have a habit treasuring what we own and what we love,we are so cold-hearted,so selfish,and it seems that we dont know howto express our feeling when we are living a normal life,when we are still living,we smile not for other's gaining,but we cry for other's losing.Maybe one cant resist this nature when still being called human.

应该两种情况都存在吧

i  insist on that it is a responsibility to do so, i think it is effiecy in china, rather than hollow warm-heart!
