哀悼日,我们应做到:
第一：三天国丧期间，着装要正式、肃穆，不要穿戴太时尚或者颜色鲜艳的衣服、鞋帽，女同志不要用鲜艳的口红眼影化彩装，不要佩  戴时尚的首饰；
　　第二：工休的时候不许开音乐、不许打牌，不许打闹嬉戏；
　　第三：要注意维护公共场所的气氛，在街上行走的时候，不要三五成群的嘻闹；
　　第四：下班之后不要出入舞厅、卡拉OK厅、台球社，也不要在家里放歌曲，唱卡拉OK、举办朋友聚会；
　　第五：可以佩戴一些表示哀悼、追念的标志或饰品；
　　第六：今天下午14:28起，停止工作三分钟。
　　第七：这是第一次为百姓举行国丧，有些百姓会不习惯、不重视，也不知道该怎么做，希望大家尽量在亲朋好友中传递这些信息，并随时纠正看到的不正确行为。
如果今天14点28分您在驾车，请您停下车鸣笛，如果您在行走，请您停下默哀，如果您在座，请您起立默哀。

The day of mourning - we pray for you
well, firstly, i wanna give my best wishes and greetings to the shake-affected people in sichuan province. hope they can recover from the suffering soon.
you know i was deeply touched when saw so many buses stoping where they were when the clock clicked 14:28. at that moment, i felt a great powerful inpulse of all  chinese people uniting together to overcome all of the tough difficulties happening this year. i felt never so loving our chinese people and our motherland before.
during this special period of time, we chinese people all feel very sorrowful and uneasy. but at the same time, we all inspired bye the true love all of us showed to the shake-affected people in sichuan. we donated money,  donated blood to them only with the hope that we can do something for them. we all sweeped seeing so many sweeping faces and bloody bodies digged out from the debris, mudslides, rubbles. seeing so many people crying for their lost relatives, we all felt that our hearts were crying with them.
from 14:24 of may 12th, earthquake has been becoming most part of our life, what we are talking about, what we are seeing on tv and internet are all earthquake and the uncounted tearing faces. even can not imagine if all of the died bodies piled up together, what would be?
