80后、29岁、清华大学、研究生、年龄最小的市长……这一连串的符号，让一则普通的官员任免新闻登上了门户网站的首页。不过，“29岁市长” 周森锋却并未享受到网友的掌声，相反，新闻之后的跟帖大多为质疑、调侃之声——套用《焦点访谈》的话说，“29岁市长”的出现，让网友们颇有些“心神不宁”。

A succession of titles “80s generation, 29 years old, Qinghua University, post graduate, the youngest mayor”, enabled the appointment announcement top the homepage of the key websites. However, the 29 year-old Zhou Senfeng didn’t win applause from the netizens. In contrary, the following posters expressed their doubt and ridicule. Quoting the remarked from the “Focus”, “the 29-year-old mayor made the netizens ‘unease’”.

不得不说，一些网友的质疑并没有多少道理，更多体现的是“吃醋”乃至“嫉妒”的心态：有网友问，“一毕业就这么高的位置，为什么啊？”；有网友说，“我05年浙大的硕士，毕业的时候差点找不到饭碗，人家一毕业就是副处级了”……只要符合领导干部选拔任用的规定，只要他能担当市长大任，即使周森锋再年轻，任何空穴来风的指责都是没有道理的。

Some netizens ask “what was the reason for his high position as a new graduate”; someone will say “it was quite difficult for me to hunt a job when I was graduated as a postgraduate from Zhejiang University, while he has been entitled the deputy director.” However, as long as it is in accordance with the related regulation for the selection and appointment and he could take the responsibility as a mayor, even he was relatively young; it is insensible to condemn it.

Today, I got sofa again, comfortable !
ha ha... hot topic. i like it.

We can get these key words easily concerning "80s generation, 29 years old, Qinghua University, post graduate, the youngest mayor"  frankly speaking, i don't mind who being as mayor according the arrangement, but i think he/she should meets these condition as follows.

1.should be clean and diligent, pragmatic and efficient (include don't making show and  making fun)
2.contribute a lot during his/her service period
3.making a good sample for the others official

I think he/she is a employable mayor,who will achieved these point as above.

Comes to Zhou Senfeng , i know little about he, but from internet, there are a lot of uneases and questions on he, and the most of these query , point at his  Graduation Thesis and smoke issue.
at here, we should to know "nobody is perfect" i advocate that we can give an opportunity to show his talents, and we can just wait and see.

Giving somebody an opportunity is equal to giving self an opportunity! (or a way)

why？
I think its reason is complicated, maybe due to many factors, such as his scholarship, age, family etc. But these factors is not the crucial! I have summarizes two things below:
我想这个原因是复杂的，也许来自于很多的因素，如他的学历、年纪，家庭等地，但这些因素都不是关键的，我总结了两点：
1. Promotion procedures. Obviously, in China, procedure is opaque and perplexing, no one knows that how he was promoted, unanimously elected mayor seems unbeliveable, who elect him?
1，提拔程序。显然，在中国，程序是不透明和令人困惑的，没有人知道他是怎么被提升上去的，全票当选市长更是难以置信，谁选的呢？
2. Thesis plagiarism. Some people reveal a incredible fact that his paper has more than 50% similarity with another person! No one will responsible for that, can you trust one who make false?
2，论文抄袭。一些人已经揭露出其论文与另外一个人的文章有超过50%的相似度！没有人会为此负责，你能相信一个造假的人么？
As we all know, absolute power would lead to corruption, that's not important offical'sage is young or old, younger embezzler will do better than the old ones? the key is we should build a monitoring system with law.
众所周知，绝对的权力会导致绝对的腐败，官员的年纪是年轻还是大一些无关紧要，年轻的贪污犯会比年老的更好吗？关键是我们应该建立一个法律监督的制度。

We need some one to modelize us in China, though we are young, that does not mean we are not able to talke responsibility, why all the prize and important positions are held by some 40-year- old or even 60-year -old called youth be common.

Now,let's talk about today's subject.I don't want to talk whether he was ability to the mayor position.Everybody knows it is so common in other countris.For example,Arnold Schwarzenegger(阿诺-施瓦辛格) has becomes the mayor of California.Though some people doubt his ability,most people trust him or be willing to give him a chance.American people choose him through vote,but which is our way.We just through command.That's the problem.Most times we have no right to vote or voted.With the larging gap between rich and poor,especially most of the rich people are offcials or realted to offcials,there is no doubt that citizens incline to question the fairness and publicness.Through these criticisms we have acknowledged that if our government couldn't take effective measures to solve these problem,one day he has to swallow down his disastrous effect.We need fairness and publicness.

when some one is famous, he will be suspected that he has good family, and people will doubt his ability, but i support the young！

More reason for that ,I think!!
Fear,envy,jealousy and so on ,but the most one of that was affirmed by more person .Before of that everyone have their own life ,and they do not know whenever how old you are ,whatever you where you from ,if you have the capability ,power ,and interest ,society or government will giving you the chance to do more things for them ,otherwise ,they can supply more for you .
Naturally,when you are a successful person ,you must pay out more than others.And this gay just graduate from the university which is the top graetest university in china.Maybe he have the ability to do that things,but somthing which you can do is not just can do is ok,sometime you must have more experience about you job,like this.
This is just my opinion!!!!!!

The appointment of a young officer itself,to some extent,is quite a sensitive issue.The general age of yhe leading group is about 50 to 60.So the 29-year-old young mayor is controversial for his background and eligibility.

As we all know that it's hard for graduates to find a job now.The fast promotion of the young officer is doomed to cause others doubt and jealousy.As people can't accept the existence of perfect,they will try their best to find his faults and be paticular with his political achievements.

As far as I am concerned,most people are doubting the mechanism of officials.Age is just front of it.If his achievements and family background are announced to the public,it's probably that the doubts of people will finally disappear

为什么会让人心神不宁，我觉得大家质疑更多的应该是他是怎么样当上市长的，如果他是经过重重选拔，脱颖而出。。。。自然也就无可厚非咯！成绩和事实才是最经得起考验的！

In Chinese traditional thinking ,everyone who is appointed to be our parental officer ,should have more experiences in the related position ,but not just depends on the prestige university or the educational degree .

Till now ,I still don’t understand how to generate an officer in china .As we know ,in USA ,people who wants to be a high government officer ,should go to everywhere to publish their public lecture ,so that to gain their votes in election ,and only the person who gains the citizens’ hearts ,who wins the election. But how about china ? We cannot exclude there have something behind it .For example , the strong support by his side ,or other else .

We do worry about now ,because we still suspect that a green hand who just graduated from school ,how can he do the best for our citizens ? How can he get the rich experiences overnight to deal with all matters in the daily work ? But still I believe that only time can tell everything .
