“Time is money!” Much jokingly, in bank, you have to spend much time queuing up before getting money.
According to the latest survey conducted by a press, Bank, hospital, Telecom company abreast, have become the agencies aroused most complaints from the public.
It seems there is no way out but to wait in patience. Though many branches have been established to cope with the increasingly demanding requirement, the length of queues in bank hasn’t been shortened at all. On the contrary, the queues are made up of more customers with heels upon heels.
It is all agreed that the problem will get less serious if more service windows are opened. It’s definitely true. But what we see is a long queue turn into many queues. The problem hasn’t been properly solved.
In order to increase the efficiency, a lot of measures have been adopted. But I think solving the problem is just like building a castle in the air if we, customers, don’t alter the old customs to go to bank. So, why not let the internet take care of these headaches.
Thanks to the high developed technology, almost all banks have their e-bank service available on line. With several clicks, money will be transferred and the remaining balance will be clearly displayed on screen. It is like a duck to water. As the transaction can be done in a second on line, why do we bother to go to bank and voluntarily form the line?
As the young and the middle aged are quite familiar with the on line service, we should try ourselves to make transaction on line so as to save more time for the elderly waiting in front of counter. If some businesses have to be done in bank, we needn’t to go there on rush hours.
As for banks, it is sure that they have more work to do. Laying more chairs in the lobby, opening more windows to customers, building up more branches in the densely populated area, as well as letting the VIP channels to the senior and handicapped citizens or those who are really in urgency.
Rome is not built in one day, a pleasant environment in bank needs every one’s help. I hope the day when customers enjoy sitting in bank, reading paper or sipping coffee will not be long to come.
Oh, forget to tell you. I'll go to bank shortly. No matter how long I have to wait, I don't mind it at all. W-H-Y? (like Xiao shenyang) IT'S MY PAY DAY!!!
