对此问题，我没有任何主意，或许是真的有毛腻，但我宁可相信只是巧合！如果真相大白了，

For winning a price in a lottery, I never expect it would happen to me, I never bet. The life can not only depends on the luck, but needs work hard. You can never get the thing which is not belong to you. Also the thing belongs to you will never runs away from you.

文章中列出了种种理由来证明有毛腻的嫌疑，可我认为，如果真是如大家所想，那中奖人提前预知自己会中奖，这可不是小事而已，有必要出疯头，让大家来猜疑吗？有必要要让全中国人都心不安吗？

The article shows us so many suspicious examples. But I think, if it's really like everybody thought that the winner would know himself would be a winner, then why does he have to show that to everybody in order to let everybody doubts him? Why does he have to let all Chinese feel upset? After all it's not a small thing!

In fact, to win a price in a lottery is a really good thing? I don't think so, of course, The money is good, everybody needs it. But too much money can only bring the disaster to us. Thieves,robbers, money killers... would look at you. Those your friends or relatives who were not so friendly to you would share the Benefits with you. And yourself also because you are too rich to remember who you are. You can't wait to get everything you wanted before … anyway your life would be changed since then. Maybe your life will be full with dangerous, terror-stricken...

记得大学时期高等数学概率论课本上把某种极小的可能甚至不可能发生的事件称为“小概率事件”。统计学上可以将它忽略不计，因为几乎不可能发生。
A very small or impossible event can be referred to as "small probability event" according to the probability theory of higher mathematics in college. Statistically it can be ignored.

在我看来，生活中往往有些不期而遇的事情突然浮现。关于中奖，是虚构的传说也好，是真实的故事也好，如此具有震憾力的利好事件吸引着成千上万的人们到体彩、福彩中来。
In my opinion, sometimes you may run across some things in life.Lottery software,wether it is a fiction legend or a true story, is so shocking that it attracted tens of thousands of people to buy sports lottery and the welfare lottery .

the lucky man who was win 300 million RMB had attract a lot of people . of course , 300 million RMB is not a small sum .who has 300 million RMB that he can to anything . but i hadn't pay attention to it , because the winner is not me , and it is not relation with me .
那个中了3亿大奖的幸运的男人的确吸引了很多人。当然，3亿元可不是一个小数目。谁有3亿元都可以做很任何事。但我没有太关注这件事，因为中奖的不是我，也与我没有关系。
but now , the topic is about the price and whether the government had play tricks . yes , maybe the price of as much as 350 million RMB seems actually too much, and it's hard too let people ignore it. so i think people have right to know the truth . if the winner really depend on his good luck , people will congratulations to him, but if his luck is depend on government's play tricks . people would  feel angry , and government would also hurt people's heart.
但是现在这个话题却是关于奖金和政府是否有猫腻的问题。的确，也许350的奖金的确太高，这很难让人不去注意它。所以我想人们有权了解事情的真实性。如果中奖的人的确是靠运气的话，人们会祝贺他；但如果他的运气是依赖官方作假的话，人们会感到很愤怒，政府也会伤害人们的心！
from the coincidence above, it's so hard make people to believe that the winner had win 300 million RMB just depend on his good luck. even though that just my thought , but i think most of people will the same to me.
但从上面的巧合来看，很难让人们相信中奖者获得300亿的奖金只是靠他的运气得来的。虽然那只是我的想法，但我想大部分人会和我有一样的想法。

Actually, I had bought lottery for more five years. So I know lots of about that. Seriously, in my opinion, the lottery is controlled by official bodies , I mean that he can control the number of lottery. May be somebody are can’t believe, yes, I can’t believe that before. But for this time, I prefer trust more that.

few days ago,we heard someone in Henan Province won a welfare lottery ticket worth more than 350 million RMB
ah... what a big fortune the lucky guy has，i admire and envy him（haha，just a joke）
nowadays with the speedy development of our society，more and more people are in pursuit for wealth，most of them have a fortune dream ，lottery is also a kind of public welfare while the person dreams to gain wealth from it
with the better improved life condition of the common people，people like to be actively involved in the lottery ，which gives them a hint that they can become a member of rich men in the society by winning the lottery tickets
for some person，they even regard it a fast way to escape from poverty，a speedy way to become more wealthy
someone relied too much on the lottery tickets
someone even regards it as a lifetime career
they devoted all their time to the lottery tickets
they dreamt they could be a top wealth person one day by winning the lottery
someone really materialized their goals
in my viewpoints，lottery really leaves a lot of significant influence on people's mentality and life，good or terrible
lottery always  imply someone who always share the concept of obtaining without doing that they can have a good fortune  by insisting in buying it
they didn't give up buying lottery tickets，they will sit in chair to wait for the result of the lottery tickets，once they failed ，they won't be too upset，they will encourage themselves to be more attentive and persistent to it till the day they won，if they taste some sweet from the lottery，they attached more importance to lottery career，because they are dreaming for a big fortune one day
for me，it is so frequent for me to hear the news who earned a big lottery ticket on TV program or noticed from the radio
i didn't doubt about its facticity before，i think for such a big amount of fortune，it is possible to exist in welfare lottery
and as we know people can buy the same ticket No for many times they'd like
so if one of theirs won the lottery ，it means the rest they bought also won the same amount of money，so summed it together，it isn't difficult to see what a big fortune they earned
i think for such a matter，people shouldn't  take it too seriously，maybe it is just a kind of lottery game，maybe has nothing too much to do with the tricks the government played
but i think it is also a good tendency of political issues and country issues，people will doubt about government ，it means the common people is becoming more actively involved in the things which happened around us，and also show their disagreement and disputes over the government issues
it also reflects government should pay more attention to practical policy and practical actions to improve people's life，and make the market more stable and jural
so that when considering the big lottery ，they won't be criticized by the common people
for the rest of people，don't doubt about others' fortune ，maybe they are too lucky，but the truth is they are the only one who won the lottery

    I tend to view it as a coincidence. I do believe that some daydreamers would post such topic in the forum. My boyfriend asked me several times what he should do if he hits the jackpot since he has the habit to buy lottery. Personally, I don’t think such investment is wise or effective. But I don’t suggest him give up this hobby. Anyway, it makes his life a little more colorful. Even he might be the guy who started the stupid discussion about how to spend the huge amount of money once he would win it. Why can’t others?
    Frankly speaking, I don’t care much about others’ business. Whether the government has played tricks or not is not the thing I would concern about. I have so many things to deal with. Lottery matters don’t belong to my life circle. I think I am that kind of people who have narrow range of concentration. When I am walking on the street, I never join the people who are watching the scene of bustle. And I would be annoyed if my boyfriend joins them (he always seems interested…). I would drag him away without any words. Maybe I have bias towards this kind of behavior. I think only people with low quality or the ones who have nothing to do would show so much interest to others’ affairs.
    Chinese people have the tradition to be the bystanders when an accident occurs. As I see it, that is the cruelest deed. What we should do is to call the police, not just stand there but do nothing except blocking the traffic. Back to today’s topic, if someone really thinks the government has done something indecent, he needs to get admissible evidence, not to publish a guess on the Internet.  Sometimes the public is blind,  they tend to believe bad news. the poster would arouse the new wave of discontent towards the government. What's the meaning of that result anyway? To make our lives more colorful? Nonsense!

I haven't doubted about this issue before, I just think this guy is way too lucky, but now, maybe I should re-think about it.

Maybe many people are wondering where all the lottery income go？ There is no real winner in this game, whatever, I don't buy lottery, I know I cann't get anything from it. So maybe government wants to fool all people that someone has won the prize, so pls go on buying it, you also have the chance.

en, i nearly know nothing about it and the lottery. not interesting in it. or i should say have no spare money on it. or that's just for fun and lucky. and i don't believe in it.
this is difficult to say. i remember that the cheating in shanxi (or one other city?) was so serious and had a lot of news, right? from that time on, i know the lottery can cheat too. damn!
oh, i have no opinion about it....

Nice guess, but my question is why the lottery riggers would've exposed the cheating by posting a forecast on the web as if they were afraid nobody could've spotted the clues of the rigged result? Remember they were old hands at this, they won't create troubles and take the hit.

比较赞同上面有网友提到的观点: 还是不要最终爆出幕后的好,
一是让广大彩名寒心;
二是这么高金额如有问题基本离不开个别地方政府官员操控，那个站出来提钱的基本上就是牺牲品，大家一年后关注下此人还在否？
关于3亿￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥￥用于设想：很有可能是什么地方资金亏空，而这个亏空又不得不需要堵上的；所以发生此类事件。
（本设想纯粹虚构，如有雷同纯属巧合） Me可不承担法律责任。民不与官斗！
