Friendship is a Diamond

"I believe in angels, the kind Heaven sends. I am surrounded by angels, but I call them my best friends."

Friendship is a diamond

buried in the earth;

a treasure of great worth.

But first it must be mined

then faceted and shined.

It takes pick and shovel and strain,

encompassing time and enduring pain,

until its grace is seen;

a glittering gift of love

that's shared between we three:

First God,

and you,

then me.

友情是一枚埋在泥土里的钻石；

是一笔巨额的财富。

不过起初它一定被埋在泥土里，
