Ryan v. New York Central R.R. Co.

35 N.Y. 210 (1866)

Ryan’s (P) home in Syracuse was destroyed by a fire which spread from Central’s (D) woodshed which had been ignited by a spark from Central’s (D) train engine either through careless management or insufficient condition.  Ryan’s (P) house was 130 feet from the shed.  Several other houses were destroyed.  The court found in favor of Central (D), and Ryan (P) appealed.

Issue:  When a person’s structure is set afire through his negligence or the negligence of his servant,is he liable for injury suffered to structures if all other to which the fire spreads?

有好几个地方都不太懂啊
the court found ,,,这found 是判， in favor of ,,,怎么翻才好啊，，还有就是 if all other to which the fire spreads
if 在这里不太会还有all other 这里指什么啊？

莱恩在SYRACUSE的家被一场火给烧毁了。火是从CENTRAL的木棚蔓延过来的。由于疏于管理或条件不足（这个'INSUFFICIENT CONDITION还真不知道怎么翻

)，列车机车迸出的火花点燃了木棚。

Ryan 的家因为粗心的管理或者不充分的条件被从堆着木材的棚中央的火花点燃了。Ryan 的房子离棚有130英尺。还有其他的一些房子也被毁坏了。法院裁决是中央的原因，Ryan上述。
争议：当一个人的房子因为他或者他的仆人的疏忽而着火了，他是否对此负责以及其他被火殃及的房子？

Ryan在锡拉库扎的家在一场大火中毁于一旦。这火是由于管理失误或是未达到点火条件而造成的central家的火车引擎散出火花，点燃其柴房并且扩散而引起的。Ryan的家离柴房只有130英尺。很多其他的房子也被毁了。法院判决倾向于Central。于是Ryan要再次上诉。

提示：当一个人或者其仆人引起火灾是由于其疏忽时，他要为火的曼延所引起的其他人的损失而负责吗？

in favor of: 判某方胜诉
all other: 这里指的是所有可能波及的房子
