that refers to "rocks", so the verb should be "form"

If you omit "with', the meaning could change into "a line to catch fish." Actually the line wouldn't do that, "you" catch fish "with it." Watch for usage of preposition. This usage is different from Chinese. You have to build logic and language sense before you get used to it.

I rewrote your sentence a bit according to your original one, but I am not sure what the original one is like. Based on that, "the rocks that form...."should use "form" instead "forms." It's plural. It seems to me it is about earth quake if I didn't guess wrong.

"What has that got to do with it?' is another way to say "What does that have to do with it?"
have got to do -- British English.
have to do-- American English.
I don't think you need sentence analysis on this one, do you?

Could you explain more, Fredie? what is the difference between to catch fish with and to catch fish ?

In this case, "to catch fish" means "fish will be caught by you." "To catch fish with" means "to catch fish with the line that you just threw into the water." It's idiomatic to say "catch with." "The line" is omitted.

第一个句子, to catch fish 我认为是修饰throw something, such as a line, into the water 的,表示此动作的目的,所以觉得可以省略WITH.
第三个句子大家说的我的知道,可我还是不知道主谓宾,就是那个IT害的
