好象不是耗子的问题, 有时的错误是应用which 却用上了that,语法上就根本不对了,所以我一直很迷惑.

out of是一个特别经典的词组，有以下6个含义。
out of   在...外； 从里面；由于；用...制成； 来自；离开, 脱离。我觉得也是来自的意思。

原来是表语从句，it指代conclusion，好容易混淆。可是这句话要是想强调it is 表达一下，如何呢？ it is the  procrastination that reveals the things at which we are most gifted.
