2。I'm here to tell you about one of my guilty pleasure. It doesn't cost a thing, takes very little time, and brings me lots of personal fulfillment. Best of all, you can indulge in it for sheer enjoyment. Will you increase your social standing? No. Do you have the potential to make money? Absolutely not. Should you reproach yourself for indulging? Perhaps.

首先，是对guilty pleasure的理解。
1. Something that you shouldn't like, but like anyway.

    e.g. A cigarette every now and then is a guilty pleasure for me.

2. Something that you love to do, but you just cannot admit that you do it.

    Guy 1: "DUDE, you still watch Pokemon?"
    Guy 2: "WHAT? NO! Ok, I do, its my guilty pleasure.

3. to describe a certain substance or activity a person enjoys, and often practises, while said person morally believed or is informed that the substance or activity is abnormal, improper or incorrect.

其次，是对best of all的理解

best of all (adv.) - especially fortunate; "best of all, we don't have any homework!"

既然这是作者在文章中的自述，那么后面几个问句的"you "有可能是指自己，
“我能提高自己的社会地位吗，不能”，“我有攒钱的潜力吗？绝对没有（不是问自己回答又怎么会这么肯定）”“我该责备自己的沉迷其中吗？也许吧”（什么也做不了，所以沉迷其中求的自我满足，但是又有点自责）
可能有一种自我调侃或自嘲的味道

既然这里作者用了I, you，最好别这样处理。
you的汉语可以是“大家”，并不一定要翻译成“你”，这一点倒要注意。“大家”可以指听众、观众、读者等。呵呵，普及一点翻译常识。
上面有些地方，you 的翻译并未处理，也可以略去。

一点感慨：绝无可能，这里翻译挺经典的；
                 嗜好比较好的译出了不是应该值得称赞或有些别扭的爱好，而又喜欢，巧妙的表达了这个意思。

you的汉语可以是“大家”，并不一定要翻译成“你”；“大家”可以指听众、观众、读者等。

这里的you，我感觉是作者写文章的时候建议别人也可以这样做，翻译成大家或者你们(pron.)都可以，确实有一种自我调侃或自嘲的味道哈。（也给无敌翔子分啊，才发现分数居然都没了。咱穷啊，没办法）

询问了专家，说是省略了you should，那这是省略句啊？省略 you should 的祈使句？有点别扭

(You should) Consider everything your brain has to keep track of as you walk down a busy thoroughfare like Newbury street.
