"He said he would accept the job, so we have asked him to confirm his acceptance in writing."

At first, let me give it an approval situation，if not give me the advise to it.

1. 'would' used as to 'sequence of tense in English'

2. 'have + pp' used as to a topic they want to discuss or show to someone (that thing is right now in the hands), not
provided / given that it is in this way, it will be considered a separation apart from their hands .
